SOLVED PCI-E 3.0 Card In 2.0 Slot

Is there any performance loss with my current set-up towards my 7850 2GB card because its a 3.0 card on a 2.0 slot does the card still run at max performance even though the slow is a gen older.

Nope. Current video cards are the speed of PCIe 1.0 x16 = PCIe 2.0 x8 = PCIe 3.0 x4. So you'd need to run it below a x8 slot on 2.0 to bottleneck it.
