More Mountain Mods Pr0n... got the case assembled:

here's how I'm setting up the PC-A10 HDD racks - they're just sitting in place right now, will be hard mounted over the weekend hopefully

worked on the first grommet pass-through for the tubing sleeved cables:



cut a hole with the hole saw, then cut a groove to insert the cable with the scroll saw:

In all honesty, I was probably going to stick with the Intel Skulltrail platform, and run 2x QX9775's on it, possibly upgrade the RAM from 8gb to 16gb, and I'll be fine... that SR-2 setup is just too rich for my blood at the moment.

SR-2 is not out yet though... there are ES's around from eVGA, but it has not hit retail channels yet

Tapped the PA 120.3 fan holes for 6-32 threads:

attached the fans with 6-32 button head machine screws:

cut and re-crimped the fan wires to size for the front Sunbeam MFPP:

it was a nice day out today... snapped some pictures of the powdercoat job under the noon sun to show the true beauty of it all

Just pulled the trigger on two EK Supreme HF blocks, LGA775 mounting brackets, and one Swiftech MCRES-Micro rev.2 for the CPU loop

I'll be ordering the GPU loop stuff within the next two weeks as I get more money, but I need to get these CPU's on water ASAP as I'm sick of air cooling already

got a couple packages in the mail today:

2x EK Supreme HF acrylic/copper blocks:

1x EK S-MAX acrylic/copper NB block:

2x EK Supreme polished LGA775 mounting brackets:

1x Swiftech MCRES-Micro Rev.2

5x Buna-N #44 o-rings for my Blastflow SB block:

12x24" sheet of black epoxy coated stainless steel 24x24 mesh:

and some 10-32 and 6-32 black oxide 8-18 stainless button head machine screws:

Took apart the EK blocks and put in the #1 midplate and changed out the black mounting for the polished/chrome one:

Modded the acrylic NB top to accept 8-32 screws like I originally did for the acetal top:

And pulled apart my Blastflow SB block to replace the o-ring after I pinched & cut it when cleaning the block:
