Can someone give a basic rundown of how PWM settings work on a Gigabyte P67 board??

For fan control? For Gigabyte boards, the only fan header with any control is the CPU fan header. All of the others will run at 100% with no voltage adjustments available.

In BIOS, the PWM control for the CPU fan header is listed as "Smart Control," but other than enabling or disabling it there are usually no other options listed.

Who is the blonde singer?? PWM on my mobo is odd. 1.75 mumbo jumbo. Easy Tune works well.
