Sure it does, there is a good performance increase that wasn't there before just by the use of console command. Sounds good to me.

Very little performance increase, not as good as the Radeon/Intel rigs.

I've always preferred ATI over nvidia, they've had good cards for as long as I can remember. Intel over AMD though, that's blasphemy if you ask me to have better performance in gamging with intel over AMD.
