Real TIme FTP stats ?

I've got serv-u setup here, if i were to setup an http server "apache" would there be a way for me to set something of so users accessing or about to be accessing my ftp to know its real time starts (eg. how many users are currently connected and how much bandwidth is currently being used)?

like even if it were just writing to a .t xt file, but .html would be nice too
