Rear thermaltake fan not running

Hi, I have been using the Thermaltake armor plus case and just recently noticed the smaller red rear fan does not run. I haven't noticed any temp issues but is this normal? The side and front case fans run just fine. I'm not sure what do to now. Help please!

I checked the specs on my thermaltake case, looks like it's a 120x120x25 mm. I see how it connects up for power, as far as replacing it, is it just unscrewing the old one and screwing in the new one and plugging it right in? Also, in the meantime is it safe to run my computer as long as my other fans seem to be cooling it just fine?
