how does one join a group in steam? how do i go about joining ocf group? do you mind that i am not a "polished" tf2 player, e.g., i just installed it and am rather new with the maps etc...?

To join the group you need approval from sixteen different group admins (I am one), and a cleric.

You also have to climb the Matterhorn and come back with an eagle's feather...
