System restore hidden or disabled in Windows Server 2016 Standard?

Hi guys. Does anyone know how to enable the system restore service in Server 2016 standard edition? It's a somewhat new Dell server that we purchased at the office and I wanted to do a manual restore point but it was nowhere to be found. When I do a search in the start menu for 'restore' and open up the System restore option, I get a System Restore could not start pop-up

edit: The system protection tab is also missing in the System properties window

Try typing in "Create System Restore Point."
