for newegg the turn around was/is atrocious imo,hence the poor grade(still havent recieved the replacement).ive rmaed several dead products to newegg and have never waited more than a week and a half at most,from their reciept of dead part to my getting the part back.
i hold newegg to a higher standard than other companies.tbh i think thats the way they prefer it.so grading them harshly in this case is fair i think.
