ugg wats wrong with my pc lol

if i try to boot my pc i get a little blue box with 3 colors saying monitor is on chek video plugs, so i unplugged everything but the video,cpu and ram and i still get the thing, i didnt mess with my video card, all the plugs are working i dont know wat could be wrong.

You arent getting a video signal. So, do you get any beeps from the mobo? Try a different video card. What PSU do you have?
