1. Always do a fresh install of Windows on a new SSD.
2. Change Performance setting to High and make sure the HDD never sleeps.
3. Run WEI.
4. Fully shutdown your computer (not reboot).
5. Wait a couple of minutes and power-on your computer.
6. You can delete your hard disk by deleting all partitions and creating them again.
7. If you have never done a Full Format before on your HDD then Full Format your new partitions. Or else, and if you know there is nothing wrong with your HDD, do a Quick Format.
