He was my partner in crime in a few projects, and he seems to have quit all his projects and hasn't been posting either.
BBC Climate Change is the main one I'm concerned about, it seems to be one of the most competative, even at and around our current rank(443).
Ohiosurfer I hope you come back soon buddy!

haha this is hillarious! :D

A whole string of events has led to my 0 production and no posting....

  • my internet decided not to work - 3 days disruption
  • the internet was fixed the night before I had to move (my comp was already packed up)
  • I am in my new apartment now, but I'm waiting for comcast to hook-up my tv and internet (supposed to come sept 12 !)

Right now I only have internet access on campus, so it looks like I won't be contributing much for a while. :bang head

I have some member spotlights to post, that I'll try to get to tomorrow. Right now I gotta go get my transcript fixed and then I'm off to class.

So I'd like to apologize to the team for my non-existant contributions over the last couple of weeks, but when I get that 6mbps connection fired up, I'll be storming back to the front.

Just thought I would give an update. I have good news and bad news..

BAD NEWS: I've decided against getting internet at my apartment (for a number of reasons), so don't count on me helping out on any internet-based DC projects (DIMES, Red Library)

GOOD NEWS: My computer still runs 24/7 crunching on several projects (Euler, BBC Climate Change, & 17orBust) and results are turned in whenever I pick up my neighbor's un-encrypted internet. :sn:

So in summary, you should see occasional contributions on the above projects in the "GOOD NEWS" section and maybe some contribution to DIMES, since it is still installed the "family" computer back home.
