what is your opinion on this mobo

i am looking at getting this mobo is it any good, i would like to do mild ocing.

I would go with an ASUS M5A97 for the same price, M5A97 EVO if you can swing a couple bucks more. MSI seems to have fixed the "bursting into flames" (MSI=Might Start Inferno) problems with this generation of AMD mobos that was the norm for the last ones, but they are still not considered "solid OCrs" by any stretch of the imagination. Get an ASUS (or practically any other brand other than MSI) mobo and save yourself some headaches is my suggestion.
