All Corsair PC-3200 PRO does have Winbond CH-5 chips. The PRO product-line is a product-line that came out rather recently (3Q/4Q 2003) - AFTER Corsair had already run dry of Winbond BH-5 chips. It's revision v1.0 and v1.1 Corsair PC-3200, but it does not have Winbond BH-5 chips.

Revision v1.1 Corsair XMS3200C2 used Winbond BH-6 chips.
Revision v1.1 Corsair XMS3200LL used Winbond BH-5 chips.
Revision v1.1 Corsair XMS3200LL PRO uses Winbond CH-5 chips.

As far is voltage is concerned. You should usually use the lowest voltage that allows for stable operation at the current clock-speed/memory timings that you are using. Using Memtest86+ and Prime95 to test for stability, find the lowest voltage that will ensure stable operation.
