whats the best setup for my video cards

ok this is for my rig in my sig!!!!
i currently have the listed 6970 running in it and im useing a single 60'' led lcd 120hz tv as my monitor!!!!

ok i have on hand
1 6970 (being used)
1 5670 2gig
1 5670 1 gig
1 280 gtx
1 450 gts

and i was wondering what all i should use to be able to get the best GAMING experience along with blurays and dvds?????

Nothing. You are already using the best card out of the ones you listed by far.

i know but could i add one of the cards to make it better or swap out the 6970 and use the 280 as master and the 450 for physix

No, the 6970 will be fastest no matter what. Adding any of the other cards to that would be useless.
