Why did Windows 10 automatically install the Tor browser?

So I'm thinking that since object installer showed right back up after reformatting and reinstalling software that it came with a driver or utility you had been using before rather than from surfing the web. It wouldn't be the first time a major company unwittingly offered infected software. I'm remembering what happened with Ccleaner a year ago.

You might have this: https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/d...ffe9798b2440e61ad0fde0c7d530a594c59/detection but you'll need to finish the topic you opened to get some qualified assistance in cleaning it out and advice on how best to prevent reinfection..

Google picks up this but I can't get there to read it (Cs.rin.ru is DOWN for everyone! also a match on Bleepingcomputer in March):

Re #21 and the Google search reference from cs.rin.ru/forum, the site's now up again but I'm not finding the post. It might have been moved/deleted by Staff there, I'm not having any luck using their Search feature and I think strangers have a search limit, like 1 search per xx minutes. Frustrating.

Any Russian (.ru) extension should be highly suspicious. They are one of our most prolific spammers and I don't trust any .ru web site extension or email further that I can spit.
