Your board is throttling probably from Socket temp ...... and everything else already mentioned.

It always is. Processors of even the same make and model will all respond a little differently to overclocking. That's why we hesitate to give "plug and play" values for people who want a max overclock but don't want to take the time and trouble to experiment.
