Will the Zalman CNPS9900-MAX Block RAM Slots?

Will the Zalman CNPS9900-MAX block ram slots on my P67A-GD53 Mobo? need to order soon so a quick reply would be much appreciated

No, it shouldn't block any ram slots unless your board has them spaced very close to the socket area. It's a decent, but not top tier heatsink, BTW. But the finish and looks are fantastic.
