Win 10: Files in Startup folder not starting at bootup

I have 2 files in my startup folder and 1 of them is not starting at bootup, any ideas?

I'm running F@H (Folding At Home) and Precision X, Precision X is not starting when I reboot and it should, but F@H does run.
Any Win 10 experts out there that know how to fix this?

Are you sure it's not starting? I know silly question...here is why I ask:

- I used Precision X to set an overclock for my graphics card
- I checked the "run at Windows 10 startup" thing in Precision X
- I rebooted Windows and didn't see Precision X

However, the overclock was applied to the graphics card!


Edit: By the way, your avatar picture in your signature looks like old school Everquest. I played that for MANY years!

Did you check the system tray?

I got it fixed, seems Win 10 has a problem with 3.0.1 of Precision X at bootup but no problem running it, I got 5.3.10 and it now starts up at bootup.
