Hi,
I have been lately done nothing but watched some videos on my computer but today the screen turned to gray static and then went to black. Now it does that everytime I login to windows. Also ctrl + alt + del does not work when this happens.

I was able to get to safe mode though.

Not sure what could cause this problem? What can I try to fix it, any ideas?

thanks!

Sounds like a driver issue. Uninstall the video card driver i safe mode and boot to windows, reinstall latest drivers.

Ok I uninstalled the video card drivers with DDU but when I log on in normal mode the screen gets all messy and OS is frozen again.

I wasnt able to get into windows in safe-mode anymore so I reinstalled the OS. I think it was some kinda harddrive error. I updated firmware for my SSD. And so far so good, everything seem to work... just reinstalling drivers.
