XFX 7970 DD BE PROBLEM ON WINDOWS 831 64BIT

HI guys whats up?? A week or a week and a half i started to have a heating problem on my gpu and southbridge. 1st of all i guessed the southbridge was transfering heat to the gpu since its very close. So yesterday i disassembly my gpy and SouthB, swapped the TIM. The SouthB is way cooler. The gpu i notice today too that when i start the PC and go to windows my gpu fires up to 64% usage without playing games and it maxed out core and memory clocks. =(((. Only on desktop.
Can anyone help????

Trying reinstalling or updating/rolling back your drivers.

Tried that.. Same thing! Don´t know what to do more. =/

Use DDU to uninstall your drivers. http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html While it is not necessary, I like to have my drivers already downloaded. Get them directly from AMD. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

It is solved mate.. It was malware. I run it with Malwarebytes and voila. eheh

+1 to what mimart7 said. Solid advice there.
