2000+ Green pally modification

A friend of mine just got a green pally 2000+ and a Abit KT7A. Apparently, the KT7A only goes up to 12x mult, so only 1900+ is supported. It runs the 2000+ at 10x133, but thats what it autodetects as, so he cant raise the fsb or it just wont post (locked cpu). Now, whats the quickest way to A unlock a green pally, or B recode the mult to 12x? Please help guys, this has to be done in about 2 hours. Thanks alot,
