3dfx Overclock in win2k?

When I went to win2k I had to get new drivers for my voodoo 4. I then went to get the overclock add on for the 3dfx tools and it did not work. The add does not see the win2k 3dfx tools program running. Has anyone else run into this problem? If you have or know of a patch please let me know.
