I see you might be close to your resolution but I notice that you have Load Line Calibration Enabled. Try disabling that and raising your VCore slightly.

i had this problem with my e8500 when i had it at 3.8ghz - would do stress tests fine for like 12 hours then 1 min into a game it crashed!
i just lowered my memory clock so they were running at rated frequency then tried it - so it would rule out memory errors, then just increased my vcore a bit - you may need more 1.33v - try 1.37 or 1.38. Sounds crazy - all my stress tests worked for hours but couldnt handle a game! this worked for me. now i'm at 4.05ghz 100% stable
