Are these compatable parrts?

Hello my name is Joe. I ordered some computer parts to build a computer about three years back and still have not put it together and I am curious if these parts will work together.

Motherboard: Asus K8V SE Delux (AMD Athlon 64 Processor, AMD Cool'n'Quiet Technology, VIA k8t800, ASUS Wi-Fi @ Home, DDR400, Dual SATA RAID, ASUS AI Features)

CPU: AMD|A64 3200+ 2.2G 754 512k

RAM: OCZ - PC3200 1024mb Value Series 3-4-4-8

Sound Card: Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS

Video Card: Cant find the card name Model Number: 6600 AGP 8x 256MB TV-OUT DVI (Geforce)

Hard Drive: Western Digital WD2000 200gb

Drivers: 2x NEC ND-3540A/GEN Blk Int 16x DVD+/- DL Drive

Heatsink+Fan: Not sure all i know is it is Rotary DC Fan Brushless MNsscool Ball bearing DC 12v safety approved DC Fan

you are good compatability wise, it should work fine unless some of the parts are dead.

If memory serves that was a pretty darn good set-up three years back. Why didn't you set it up?

I tried, But i kept getting CPU Failure test. I have contacted ASUS because i think im still under the three year warranty to get it replaced.
