I am building a computer for a friend and I noticed the BG7 is only a little more expensive than the BD7II, but I have never really heard much about it. Is this because it is not that good of a board to overclock with? Any input on either boards would be great (planning on taking a 2.4 to 2.8).

Unless you actually need and intend to use the integrated graphics of the BG7, I'd suggest you go with the BD7-II, for two reasons. First is very obvious, don't pay for something you don't need, want nor intend to use. Second, I've read that integrated graphics make the system slightly slower and less OC capable, even when the on-board video capabilities are turned off in the BIOS. Regardless, the BD7-II is a very nice board to OC with. :)
