BOOT from SATA CDROM - NF7S

I use CD conncted via Serillel and cant boot... any solution??

Someone didn't read the manual. The adaptor only works with harddrives. You'll need a CDROM that's native SATA, even then I'm not sure the SIL chip supports CDROMs.

someone has outdated info - Serillel2 works perfectly with CDroms (I actually use DVD burner) and in the past I could boot from SATA - but I changed BIOSes, settings and so on and now I cant... maybe this is something simple?

I know when I used my NF7-S, I had both my hard drive and CD on SATA... I think to boot from it all I did was put the BIOS to boot from CD... But its so long ago I'm not sure anymore. Maybe I installed Windows with it on IDE.
