The Corsair xms150c2 is basically a tested crucial pc133 cas2 ram that run stable at 150MHz. The one I have can go up to 154MHz CAS2 and around 160MHz+ CAS3. It's not able to hit 166MHz. After I put two sets of thermaltake ram sinks, It's now at 155MHz CAS2. For a premium priced sdram, I would want the ram to hit 160MHz CAS2. The Corsair xms150c2 is not the best and as long as you don't pay a fortune, then it'll be alright I guess.

I tried a stick and could not get it to run stable at 150 Mhz 2-2-2 with 4way interleave, like my Tonicoms do. I returned it.

Hoot
