Cooler Master Elite 110 - cpu cooler question

The case says it support cpu cooler of up to 76mm. However I see several online videos that they are using a full size ATX power supply. Is there a configuration where you use a smaller power supply that would allow a taller and wider cpu cooler?

Use an SFX PSU with an adapter bracket such as the new Enermax Revolution SFX Series.
