cpu makes high pitch noise when being used

enermax, fortron/sparkle, antec, pc power and cooling are all good. ive also have heard that the AGPB power supplies are good, do a google search to find some reviews. they're cheap too.

Your lines could be even worse than those readings and the load readings show though... A multimeter would tell you what was really going on, and often times it is very different from those readings even.

Those readings are low, and though they may be inaccurate, if they are as low as you are reading, it is a preliminary sign atleast that something isn't right.
