enermax, fortron/sparkle, antec, pc power and cooling are all good. ive also have heard that the AGPB power supplies are good, do a google search to find some reviews. they're cheap too.
Well, when idle, im running vcore at 1.38, 3.3V at 3.14, 5V at 5.11, 12V at 11.76. How does it look so far? Should i run flaskmpeg and try encoding video and give you the readings while im doing that to show you how the voltages are under load?
Your lines could be even worse than those readings and the load readings show though... A multimeter would tell you what was really going on, and often times it is very different from those readings even.
Those readings are low, and though they may be inaccurate, if they are as low as you are reading, it is a preliminary sign atleast that something isn't right.
