Daily stats V2.2 update

Ok stats will be posted later, I'll let you know when. Here are the changes slated for today.

1. Rank coloring GONE.
2. Arrows for weekly rank movement.
3. Tool tip (actually alternet text) of the arrow will show spots moved ie 1, 10, -5, -10. Place cursor over arrow and let it sit there for a few seconds and it will pop up. These are not active yet so dont try them

I suppose that the daily stats will be updated as soon as the server comes back only

I just managed to connect to the team stats page but the rest of the setiathome.ssl.berkel.edu site is out.
