DDR466 cheaper than DDR433?

I found that Kingston HyperX DDR466 is cheaper than DDR433 in a local store:
Kingston HyperX DDR433 1G: $333
Kingston HyperX DDR466 1G: $276
Is that normal? Why is this be true?

The chips on the 433 are most likely ch-5 which will run tighter timings that the hynix or samsung on the 466 ram. Thus its more money
