Diff between It7max 1 and 2¿

what is the difference between these boards in overclockability¿¿¿

theoreticaly the it7 (1) is soposed to be better becasue it does not have the legacy soport and thus one less thing to juggle. in real life i think everything ive seen says its overclocking the same. except for a few case exceptions.
