Dunno if this will help you some;

The FSP350-60PN has lines of 21.2/28A - 30/25.5A - 16.0A (3.3V - 5V - 12V). It does not have PFC (FSP350-60PN(PF) has passive PFC; the FSP350-60PLN has active PFC). It has one 120MM fan.

The GU is FSP-Group's baseline 350W unit. The FSP350-60GU has lines of 15.15/20A - 32/28.8A - 16A (3.3V - 5V - 12V). It does not have PFC. It has 80MM fan.

Are you sugesting that ATX350GU is just a rebrand of the FSP350-60GU? It looks it has the same lines ratings.

So both of these are the same 350w PSU's that can put out something like 470w, right?

They arn't the same PSU. They're both made by FSP Group, but they're not the same. A FSP350-60PN and a FSP Group ATX350-GU (FSP350-60GU). The GU is FSP Group's lower cost model, which suggests lower cost resources. Which, in turn, suggests either slightly lesser performance or, more likely, slightly lesser reliability/endurance.

I guess that maps to the $ difference
