I am not overclocking. The computer specs are in my signature.

The first option would be to add another 2 gb, effectively taking all four slots on my motherboard. Right now I am using Kingston HyperX (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400). This same kit is $57 on newegg right now.

The second option is to remove and sell the Kingson HyperX, and buy a set of 2 x 2gb. I plan on upgrading to Vista x64 if I make the upgrade. The Gskill is faster, but the OCZ has lower timings. The two memory sets I am looking at are:

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1000 (PC2 8000)

OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

Should I add, or upgrade all together?

Third option add 4gb to your 2gb for total of 6gb.

Your way will work too, you can add memory or switch it.

Not overclocking? Why are you even getting such 'expensive' (even though it's pretty damn cheap now) Ram? Just get the least expensive kit with a lifetime warranty from a company known for good support, even DDR2-667 is faster at its stock speed than your CPUs FSB. The only reason to get the type of Ram you're proposing is if you're planning to get a 333FSB CPU *and* oc it.
