Greatest games of all time? What are yours?

1.) viper racing. the clutch is pretty realisistic with a catchpoint and everthing.

2.)counter-strike. i love the shottys and the cs_assualt map

3.) NFS II, man was i addicted to that game when it came out

4.)Liveforspeed demo , super realistic handling characteristics

5.) NFSIII hot pursuit, I was also addicted to that game when it first came out but i thought "yeah it is pretty cool, all the new stuff but overall quality whent downhill"

6.) nfs PU, pretty realistic, best nfs since nfs II. and i love porsches

7.) i cant really think of any others that i really like.

Here are my picks for greatest games i've played, in no particular order

PC :

Everquest - no game has captured my interest for 3 years and never got boring
Half Life - this game just flat out rocks
Baldur's Gate - Set the standard for RPG's, great story and playability
Doom - old as hell, but it's the grandaddy of the FPS. Plus it was amazing when it first came out.
Grand Theft Auto 3 - Game was awesome. I couldn't believe it when i first saw it. The first 2 were sorta lame, hehe
NES :

Super Mario Bros - Everyone has played this game and back in the day, it's was the bomb.
Metroid - Ruled, musta completed that game about 30 times in a row to get that chick to take her helmet off!

Old School :

Pac-Man - ruled the arcade back in the day and was a huge craze.
Karateka - i remember playing this in junior high on my apple 2e, it kicked butt!
Oregon Trail - see above post

omg, how could i have forgotten tetris. Man that damn game was so addicting. I remember borrowing my best friends gameboy and my mom found it and asked what tetris was. i showed her how to play and should wouldn't give it back!! lol I think my mom played it twice as much as i did until i gave it back to my friend. she then had withdrawls
and needed much therapy thereafter (j/k) hehe

Heh, thats funny, my mom was addicted to tetris too! She never plays video games, i think that was the only game she ever played. And yup, she played it more than I did.

CS gets best Multiplayer
Metroid Prime is also a good FPS

for most original concept: Metal Gear Solid (MGS2 for the PC sux cos of the crappy controls)
MOHAA also has one of the best first person storylines
Carmageddon/GTA3 - cars are big fast and kill people
