My friend has a dell laptop and apparently now its having trouble detecting the hard drive. She has had it for about 2 years and this problem has just came up, this is an error message she gets:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. SESSION3_INITIALIZATION_FAILED
If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup options, and then select Safe Mod.

Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x0000006F (0x000003A, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

and another error msg is.....:

Primary hard drive not found
Fixed Optical Drive not found

Press F1 to search again. Press F2 for setup.

she said she had some problems before so one night she was backing her files and after it being on awhile she got the hard drive msg....could this be heat related at all?
