Help: MY tv card is stopping my gfx card

Hi, When i put my avermedia tv 98,(848) w/remote tv card in my machine, it stops my gfx card (nVIDIA tnt2) from working, so im left with no signal on my monitor, I thought it might be my psu not powerfull enough, so i replaced it and its still not working

Did you se if you have any IRQ conflicts. I would run it in safe mode. That way you can tell if you have a driver issue, while you are in there check for ghosted drivers.

I dont get a chance to run in safe mode

I get "no signal" from monitor from the second i press the on button, so i cant do anything, it makes all the normal loading noises as well.

I tried the card in all the PCI slots to no avail any ideas plz?
