yes system fine at auto,
will give prime a go, when testing the memory can it all be tested at once? or do i pull all sticks and test one at a time?
just that memtest says to open 4 windows and test 2047mb at a time

Memtest86+ is the tool you want to use, and it does not run in Windows. Here is a direct link to an .iso file that you simply burn to a CD. Boot your PC from that CD and the test will start running automatically.

This is the tool that most of us on the forums use to test our memory. I'm unfamiliar with any Windows-based memory testing software.
