How can I load test my CPU?

I just finished istalling a new HS+Fan and a new 90mm Tornado case fan. I want to monitor the temperature of my CPU and Case under full cpu load conditions. I am using Motherboard Monitor to monitor the temps.

Is there a program that I can download that will put my CPU through some sort of load test or torture test that I can run as I watch the temps?

I've found that PCmark2004 does a fair job of loading the CPU too.

I would do many different things to stress the processor. That way more parts get worked then just the FPU's for example.

But IMHO fold, that way you are doing something helpfull and 24/7 stressing your processor. Win win situation.
