also for stress which programms to use?

You have a thread over at TPU which has almost 80 replies and you are WELL past the starting point...
https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/...verclock-my-4770k-and-asus-z87-deluxe.247461/

You also have a thread under yet a different name at OCN...well past the starting point...
https://www.overclock.net/forum/8-i...ck-my-4770k-asus-z87-deluxe.html#post27615672

Why would we start over from scratch? What are your current questions?

Why do you spam the same thing to SEVERAL forums? jmn320? newtonman? jim33? superflue? dimitrios? ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΣ? Sew33? yhyyy? Litwicki24? I am just curious how many different IDs you have at each different website... OCN, OC.UK, LinusTT, TPU, Andandtech, gamespot, [H], it goes on and on, LOL!

But many have already been answered in the threads at the other sites under different IDs. You aren't paying attention and answering the questions I asked of you.

What can we help you with that has NOT already been covered at multiple other sites? We aren't starting from scratch here as it's clear you know how to overclock and what to change already from your other threads at other sites. So, ask SPECIFIC questions and don't force yet another group of volunteers to go over things you already know. :)

AI Overclock Tuner = Auto
1-Core Ratio Limit = 42 (all others should automatically change with Sync all cores selected above)
Max. CPU Cache Ratio = Auto
Min. CPU Cache Ratio = Auto
Fully Manual Mode = Disabled
Core Voltage = Adaptive
Additional Turbo Mode CPU Core Voltage = 1.200
Core Cache Voltage = Adaptive
Additional Turbo Mode CPU Cache Voltage = Auto
Eventual CPU Input Voltage = 1.90

DRAM Voltage = Auto

i put everything in bios but when i do save and the computer restarts doesnt load windows
i didnt do something wrong

why doesnt load windows??

- - - Auto-Merged Double Post - - -

which all of these things causes not to load windows 10?

Try this first use F5 in BIOS to reset to default reboot then set
AI Overclock Tuner = XMP
Sync all cores to 42 leave everything else on auto

After reading your posts on techpowerup, I saw you had a cooling issue. Did you ever do anything to address that? You can't overclock if the system overheats!

I agree with Johan45...

XMP @ 4.2Ghz with all other BIOS settings to default/auto should work.

The OP's behavior seems somewhat suspect?...

However I am familiar with that cpu/motherboard combo...

RealBench 1hr. stress test with up to 16GB memory usage:

i put these settings are ok??
AI Overclock Tuner = Auto

Max. CPU Cache Ratio = Auto
Min. CPU Cache Ratio = Auto
Fully Manual Mode = Disabled
Core Voltage = Adaptive

this CPU Input Voltage = 1.90 what it does??

can you tell me please>>??
also why to put AI Overclock Tuner = XMP???

also for -Core Ratio Limit = 44 will i put the same settings::::;;;; like
this
AI Overclock Tuner = Auto
1-Core Ratio Limit = 42 (all others should automatically change with Sync all cores selected above)
Max. CPU Cache Ratio = Auto
Min. CPU Cache Ratio = Auto
Fully Manual Mode = Disabled
Core Voltage = Adaptive

You seem to be making the process harder and more complicated then it should be for a simple basic type overclock.

You don't really need to do much...

1. In BIOS... Press F5 to load optimized defaults... Save and reboot to BIOS.

2. In BIOS after loading optimized defaults... Go to AI Overclock Tuner then select and save the XMP setting. This will load programmed optimized memory settings and DRAM voltage settings for your particular memory kit.

3. In BIOS go to CPU Core Ratio... Select Sync All Cores. Then drop down below to the next setting and enter 42x for the core setting.

4. Save BIOS settings and reboot.

Don't be concerned with CPU Input voltage or any other BIOS settings... (CPU Input Voltage supplies your CPU on-board FIVR (Fully Integrated Voltage Regulator) with a voltage that gets converted or stepped down to a selected core voltage.)

Here is my setup at XMP 42x:

i7-4770K ASUS Z87-Deluxe XMP 42x.PNG

Here is my setup at XMP 44x:

i7-4770K ASUS Z87-Deluxe XMP 44x.PNG

Note: My DRAM kit XMP is spec'd at DDR3-2200C9 with 1.65v. XMP loaded the 1.65v setting in BIOS but this motherboard over-volts DRAM by ~.025v/.030v.

in core voltAGE WHAT YOY HAve put?
also in Additional Turbo Mode CPU Core Voltage = what you have put??

You're running 4.4 GHz in Realbench but your temps are hitting the mid 90s. That cooler should be doing better than it is or you have one very hot CPU

With my XMP 42x or XMP 44x screenshot all of the other settings were on BIOS default/auto. The ASUS BIOS designers decided/coded what the settings should be.

I AM IN BIG DANGER>?> IN REAL WORLD? GAMES??

***You have already been asked before in other threads/posts... Don't reply in CAPS!***

Big danger?? That is subjective...

Your cpu should throttle back down when/if it reaches Intel specified max temps.

I would not run my (cpu) computer rig long term or even extended short term with max temps in the 90's. For brief testing purposes (Ok). I would make changes to bring temps under control. Better cooling... Or (lower voltages?) or lower overclock.

You do not provide us with much info about your settings... Try AIDA64 or HWiNFO64

My setup XMP 44x running Rosetta@home (load) using HWiNFO64:

i7-4770K ASUS Z87-Deluxe XMP 44x Rosetta@home load HWiNFO64 load.PNG

My setup XMP 44x running Rosett@home load:

Note: Voltages and temps...

i7-4770K ASUS Z87-Deluxe XMP 44x Rosetta@home load.PNG

My setup XMP 44x running RealBench load:

Note: Voltages and temps...

i7-4770K ASUS Z87-Deluxe XMP 44x RealBench load.PNG

It seems like RealBench is using some AVX so BIOS designers have bumped Vcore up to ~1.328v which makes the 4770K hard to cool.

i will do the same tests like you did./

but if i you will see everything will you help me to to see how much to overclock and also to see why i have so hot temperatures??

You have been told multiple times to check the CPU cooler mount. Make sure the fans/pump are running on max/ Check airflow in the case. There are so many things that can affect your temperatures but you GIVE US NO INFORMATION.All you do is repeat the same thing over and over without listening.
Why don't you start by creating a signature that has all your PC parts listed including the case and be specific about things.
