please help me what must i do?

Performance Enhance shouldn't be set to turbo. Set to normal or off. Also I saw a thread elsewhere that said you may have to manually enter your memory timings. Seems to be something common.

tested nothing change CPU Host Clock Control Reset again Disable

try disabling usb legacy support
and enable usb mouse\keyboard support

does it matter tested again. im select load fail-safe defaults first. Stable 2.40ghz. After Load Optimized Defaults selected. im try little 9x290 2.61ghz. Restarted pc OK..

I look cpu-z Stable configuration. 2.40ghz fsb 1066 everything normal. im enter the M.I.T what the hell ENABLED ! no reset CPU Host clock control. i dont understand. i saw *** System Voltage NOT Optimized *** tested other voltage up and System Voltage Control. Nothing Changed. HELP OverClockers i need success is this.

Edit:
now I tried. 9x325(2.92ghz) Can't reset CPU Host Clock Control is enabled. but Cpu-z nothing change Stable 2.40ghz all other.

Looks like you might need to add some volts to that. 1.325v is stock voltage. Might have to ease that up a little to get it stable. Also set your memory back to 1066. This will underclock the ram allow us to focus on the chip.

i did. but again turn back :'( little memory 1066 or lower 800. back to 2.40 ghz normal.

your first post you say you have DDR3 your board supports DDR2 is that right?

i guessing DDR2 set your memory to what it is rated for and set the timing manually
