The NF7-S always undervolts Vcore by up to .5V. If the +3.3, +5 and +12 rails are low, it's probably the psu at fault.

3.3 at 3.34
5 at 4.97
12 at 12.04

anyone know if the p4p800 also undevolts then?
*currently priming at 2000(133x15) at 1.3 volts bios(1.264 cpu-z and 1.26 MBM)

+3.3 Rail = 3.25V
+5.00 Rail = 4.95V
-5.00 Rail = -4.99V
-12.00 Rail = -12.03V
+12.00 Rail = 11.80

Any of these too far off? Cuz I've got a True430 and I'm not running too much of anything, just 4 fans, 1 hard drive, and 1 DVD-ROM, plus the 1.93 (1.87 Actual) core....

That's about what I'm running (1.9Vcore) and the +rails are 3.25V, 4.95V, and 11.98V according to MBM5. I'm also using an Antec True 430W atm. Your +12V looks a little low, but still reasonable. Could just be an innaccurate measurement by the board or software.

at an average load temperature of 49 celcius. max temp reached 51.

I'm on air also and the only way to keep the speed going up is too keep the temp below 45C, on mine. I've had it upto [email protected] but not p95 stable because full load went upto 53C. I've done extensive testing and even at 2.5GHz above 50C is NOT stable. Right now it stays at 40C (full load) with room temp 20C 250x10 1.85V (set, actually dips down to 1.78V according to mbm5). It has passed 24hours p95 and loops of 3DMark2k1se for a few hours under the above conditions. BTW I'm sorta cheating with a 12" house fan and open case side, but I really like 250x10 ;).

LOL you're doing it like me

BTW the AQYHA SUCK BAD!!! at least mine does....anything above 2.3 needs 1.85+ my old t-bred was better then this hunk.....i am going to order a 2600 from excaliber sometime right off here....along with a new mobo and ram maybe...idk maybe i will find my self going A64 here right off.....

Your run a CPU burn in proggie...prime actually does a nice job...also "somtimes" .5 multies can cause instability....so try to lower the fsb or just up it 2 13 multi and give that a try at 1.95 volts....but before you do that get ur self a SLK900U or the likes...ur CPU will thnk u very much.....you can put the Silent boost fan on it...you will get MUCH better temps :attn:

update* ran stable at stock speeds with 1.3 volts. also ran 2400(12x200) with 1.675 volts. currently priming at 12.5x193 with 1.675 volts. temps are too high... thermaltake silent boost is showing it's limit. considering sp97 after my next paycheque...

this guy did 2.65Ghz at 1.82v with same stepping. there's no way i'd be able to his this speed with my current cooling setup... if my load at 1.675 volts is averaging 49 celcius, anyone know about how much i can bring my load temps down with an sp97 w/ panaflo high output fan instead of my thermaltake silent boost? or sp97 temps at 1.8-2.0 volts?

I've got just that, SP97 + 92mm Panaflo (the 59CFM one), and I was running 1.93V and got over 50 degrees. I've toned down now, I'm going slower with lower voltage so I'm only at 45 or so.

Close...sorta :attn: . I took the front off the fan and propped the case upto it's height and put the fan base touching the case. Turned it on "3" and voila water cooled sorta temps with central air register right behind fan ;) .

Just to let you all know, my m2600 got in from newegg...
IQYHA 0351 MPMW Y911462A40133

Already at 2.7GHz with 1.75vcore.... oh yeah temps rock on with 38c idle
all on my epox 8RDA3+.

must of been one of the m2600 hiding out at newegg!

I'll let you know how far i can push it.

vcore @ 1.90 cpu idle's @44c loads @50c
this be with a new Thermaright SLK-947U and some AS5.

been working the late shift @work, so can only reply about this time in the morning. :bang head

Good chip you've got there. It takes me the same voltage for 2800MHz under chilled water.

tks mustang... been fortunate to get another one from newegg.com
iqyha 0351 mpmw that one is at work, doing a fine job on air cooled with a slk900u and 2/smartfans.... 2.750GHz.
