Honestly you would be better served with a 2nd 6850 than an upgrade to anything less than a 570. The 68xx goes toe to toe with a 460/560. The 560Ti is notably faster but nothing your going to feel.

Dont do it. That isn't an upgrade, just a change of companies.

The only thing you will get is Nvidia specific features.

That's not an upgrade dude. it's a step to the side. If you have that much to spend, spend it on a second 6850 and xfire them (assuming your original can be xfired). other then that hold off till you can afford an actual upgrade.
