Why would I get a better result in CMD?

Are you running the beta version of Geekbench 2.1.0 from the command line? Scores in 2.1.0 will be slightly higher than scores in 2.0.19.

I released Geekbench 2.1 last week, which includes the fixes requested here (i.e., submitting saved results and fixing timers when setfsb is used).

If you're interested in submitting your results "offline" (i.e., not directly from Geekbench) you have to visit the Geekbench Result Browser; you can't do it directly from Geekbench.
