The Intel 815EP chipset is the only one I remember that supported FCPGA2, DDR, and AGP. Fortunately in your case Intel did make a mATX board using that chipset, the D815EFV. Good luck finding one, though.

If that doesn't pan out, Via made a few P3 DDR chipsets, but I don't know if any made it into mATX boards, nor if you even want to use that chipset.

EDIT: Shoot for the D815EPFV, it doesn't have integrated graphics. The EFV does, though it still has an AGP slot.
