Making a tool- 20pin power supply tester! HELP

okay I have an old mob and was wondering if anyone has made a tester for power supplies. of course I might use a voltmeter but for now I just want to have LEDs for the 12v line and have it turn on when I plug it in. If it does other stuff great but I'm just wondering if anyone has done this.

I would think that building this would be expensive. Unless, of course you have all the parts. But perhaps something like this:

Maybe jump the green wire to the ground wire thing to turn it on. Then plug in LEDs (with apropriate resistors to lower power) to all the power wires?

CompUSA sold one in the past for about $15 they are pretty inexpensive and I still use mine on a regular basis look around and you should be fine.
