Need a graphics card for new pc build

Hello I need a graphics card for my new build but I am on a budget. I have an asrock z77 pro 3 motherboard, core I5 2500k. You can see my build in the general section. My budget is 150-200 usd. I want to Have a Dual screen setup both screens being 1080p. I will be playing games such as LOL, BF3 and possible Guildwars2(since it looks much like FFXI online, I loved that game played for years). I need the best bang for my buck. Thanks For Any help. I dont care what brand Nvidia or ati as long as it does what it needs to. I would Like to get atleast 40-60 fps on these games if possible.

Well it depends on graphics quility, but a GTX560Ti should run BF3 at good frame rates, just turn the FSA down to like x2 and AA to x2.

it's all dependent on the FSAA and AA. if you turn them off, I went from 60fp to like 90fps with my gtx570. everyting else is on Ultra
