Need some help & advice from a mentor.

I just got done setting up a network for somebody in an office, a law firm to be more precise. Only a total of 4 computers and all running Windows XP Pro. I have a bunch of questions specifically on how to configure one of the computers to act like a server and also some questions about IP addressing. I was hoping someone with an MCSE, Net+ or just lots of experience wouldn't mind answering some of my questions. I've been doing a lot of research, but I know there is a lot to learn from experienced professionals too.
