New Build with friend. Any Advice Welcome

Hello, my friend has asked me to help him build a PC, and as this will be my second only build I thought it best to post here to get any input possible. My friend plans to use this PC mostly/completely for gaming. This is what we have so far:

Case

CPU

GPU - We Already have one, a Geforce GTX 560TI 1G

RAM

Harddrives - This and this

Power Supply

Motherboard

Optical Driver - We have one already

operating system

Total price is 651 so far

Our budget is around £750
My friend does not want to use AMD if possible due to previous bad experiences

For 171 you could get the K version so you are able to overclock, if your friend might would like some day.

Thanks, but we are not really planning on overclocking, is there any other advice?
